When we opened our first dealership almost 25 years ago, I made two commitments. One, to become an active member of this community; and two, to provide the best possible products and services to our customers. I am proud to say we have not wavered from those two commitments.
Regrettably, in any industry that makes any type of product, recalls become necessary - to refine or enhance a system or product, or to correct an unexpected problem. Toyota is currently in the midst of recall processes that affect many of its vehicles. So, to our customers, who I have found to be some of the most loyal and fair-minded people, I promise you this: all of us at Toyota of Keene are doing everything we can to keep your vehicle safe and on the road. We have extended our hours to be open three nights a week and all day on Saturday. We have added additional Certified Toyota technicians to our staff to assist us with taking care of anyone with a recalled vehicle and with our regular service customers. In addition, we have been in the process of expanding our facility to bring more comfort, new technology and better service to you, our customers.
