Toyota of Keene's New Owner's Celebration

At Toyota of Keene we appreciate your business and realize that a new car purchase is a big investment.  We are committed to making sure that you know everything there is to know about your vehicle and how to maintain it properly so that your investment is protected for years to come.  We value you as a customer and our New Owner's Celebration is one of our ways to thank you while informing you of how we are here to help.  This is what you can expect from our New Owners Clinics.

1.  When you arrive at Toyota of Keene you pull right up to the front of our dealership and we will have someone there to take your keys and park your vehicle for you.  Bring a dirty car because while you are attending the event your car will be washed for you!

2.  When you walk into our recently renovated showroom there will be tables set up for you and dinner catered by the Pub Restaurant will be provided. 

3.  Scott Webber, our General Sales Manager, will introduce himself and all other managers at our store that you will interact with in the future or perhaps already have.  Scott will tell you about Toyota of Keene and what sets us apart from other Dealerships and Service departments and make sure that you are familiar with the services and products you are entitled to as a New Car Customer, such as Toyota Care and our exclusive 100,000K Mile Powertrain Warranty.

4.  Next, Todd Bowdridge our Service Manager will introduce himself and talk about our service department and what you can expect when servicing your vehicle here at Toyota of Keene.  Todd will make sure you are aware of everything you need to know that will help make your service appointment as simple and enjoyable as possible such as our Online Service Scheduler, hours of operation, etc. 

5.  You will be introduced to our Parts Manager Dennis Sweeney who will tell you about accessories for your new Toyota, tire tips, and talk about the benefit of Genuine Toyota parts as opposed to aftermarket parts.  If you purchased one of our non Toyota pre-owned vehicles, not to worry, we can equip that with any aftermarket parts you would like.

6.  You will be invited, by our service and parts manager, into the shop and service area so you can get familiar with where your car is serviced and what happens with your car when you bring it in for service.

7.  We will provide you with a gift bag on your way out where you will get into your freshly washed vehicle!
