I couldn’t be happier about my experience purchasing a new truck from Toyota of Keene. I corresponded through email with Nick in the morning, he took the information on my trade and responded promptly with a very fair, market offer on my car. After two emails back and forth we came to an agreement on the price of the truck and he introduced me to Jason, the salesman who would take us through the rest of the process. To say this was the most comfortable buying experiences I’ve had would be an understatement. The entire process was what buying a car should be, they were transparent from the beginning, extremely fair, I felt listened to and that my business was truly appreciated. There was zero pressure involved from beginning to end, if you’re thinking about buying a vehicle, make your first stop Toyota of Keene. From the minute we drove in and noticed a nice variety of new and used vehicles to check out, to when we walked inside to discuss with the sales staff, you could sense a very carefree and friendly atmosphere. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated with kindness and respect. Having come for a routine service appointment, I found myself wandering into the showroom and was greeted by Ashley Hitchcock. Before I knew it, I was leaving the dealership with a brand new car. My Tundra needed warranty work. Once they had the parts they turned the repair around quickly and it is now running great again.

My new (used) car is superb, like brand new, although filled with switches and features I have no idea on how to use! It drives beautifully! The salesperson was helpful but there were communication issues that needed to get worked out before I knew what my monthly payment was going to be. The manager was kind enough to work with me as far as the trade-in. My only other comment was the lack of instruction on how to use the features of the car - I still don't know some things which is frustrating.

Nicole tried to respond to my request for repairs and was able to get it done on time. Unfortunately State Farm ins wasn't as nice and denied the entire claim, stating that it was "wear and tear", in spite of obvious trauma to car with bent parts

I got the best service from Toyota. I had the oil cap come off my car and I went there immediately. They took my car right in and checked it all out. I got a new oil change and my car washed. I have been going there since 2021 and have never had a bad experience. Sheryl
