I stopped into Toyota of Keene on my most recent trip to Keene. I spoke with a nice sales lady name Ashley on the lot. She was very kind and when I am ready to buy my Toyota I will be back!

I worked with Volvo (Toyota-Volvo of Keene) to order a new 2026 Volvo XC 90 plug in hybrid. The particular car I wanted wasn’t available so the dealership ordered me the exact car I wanted right down to the color choices and all available options that I wanted as well. It took a while since the car is manufactured in Sweden and had to be shipped here but it was well worth the wait. Throughout the process, the dealership kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle without my having to keep asking about it. The people I worked with, Jeff Kofoed and Jaime Rios were incredibly kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I have bought many cars over the years from many dealers-I have never had a better experience. And by the way- I LOVE the new car! Thank you Toyota - Volvo of Keene!

I went and had my vehicle serviced today and Mark was fantastic! I was waiting for quite awhile and he jumped in to get me checked in, he was super helpful and kind, and really turned my experience there today into a good one!

6 Month / 5,000 Mile Service was completed pretty quickly. Service process was easy. You just pull up to the door and drive right into the garage, yourself.... They took me 10 minutes early and was pleasant to work with.
