I just bought a new-to -me Highlander from Toyota Of Keene and I could *not* be happier with my experience at this dealership. Jaime provided a no pressure, five star sales experience. When I got to the financing piece of the process I was also super impressed with Amanda! She never tried to talk me into a warranty and didn’t try to slip something by me. Instead she took her time and answered all of my questions. My experience was top notch and I Will be recommending them to anyone I know who’s in the market for a new vehicle.

I bought my Certified Used 2023 Toyota RAV4 here a little over a year ago with about 20,000 miles on it, and have been very happy with it. Had my 30K service done today, although I've actually put almost 30K miles on it in the past year. I was told the service would take about 3 hours, was done in less than that. Mark in the service area was very helpful.

We worked with Sean Parent at Toyota/Volvo of Keene to buy a Volvo XC 40. Sean quickly responded to our initial inquiries and spent significant time illustrating the different trim options; showing us the available colors on actual vehicles, not just in photos; accompanying us on a test drive to point out some of the car's features; explaining financing options; listening to our concerns and working with us on price; and finally, investing an hour or so teaching us the car's features before we drove it home. Buying a car is never an easy experience, but I think Sean, with the help of other staff, made it as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend him and Toyota/Volvo of Keene.

Worked with Ryan McCullough as my Salesman and he was top notch!!! He helped us look through multiple RAV4 to fine the one that works for us ( we where buying used so test drove three). Had answers for all our questions because we where buying from out of state and it was seem less!

Hubby and I had been shopping for months for a certain color in the Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro lineup. We finally found it here, 1.5 hour drive in each direction, from our home. We just arrived back home with our 2025 Toyota Tacoma in the unique and very eye-catching Mudbath color. Prior to making the trek to Toyota of Keene today, I had made a few calls to the dealership. I spoke with Samara and Juliette, each of them more than once. Both were super friendly, patient and kind. Today at the dealership we worked with Meaghan in Sales and Branko in Finance. They were both very polite, professional, knowledgeable and made the truck buying experience very pleasant, simple and straightforward, with no surprises. The manager worked with us and we walked away with a good deal. We didn’t feel “taken” like we always had felt in the past. In fact, just two days ago a nurse with whom I work and I were talking about how we hate working with salespeople and the back-and-forth, back-and-forth where you always end up leaving feeling like you were ripped off. Not this time! And we have purchased multiple cars over the past almost 34 years that we’ve been married. This was our best trade-in experience ever and we will definitely be sharing this dealership with our circle of family, friends, colleagues and neighbors. And speaking of neighbors, we live in a very residential area and we’re gonna have a lot of envious neighbors when they realize we traded in our 2020 for this 2025 beauty, Toyota Tacoma TRD PRO in Mudbath. 😝THANK YOU AGAIN to MEAGHAN, BRANKO and all the kind employees at this very WELCOMING dealership!! One last thing, our experience in the past with other salesmen was that once the deal was done, we never felt comfortable reaching back out to them for anything we needed, but I know it will be a very different experience with these people. KUDOS TO THEM & THEIR STAFF!!

I have bought many Volvo's from Volvo of Keene. They do an excellent job in sales (very upfront and competitive). Jaime Rios does an excellent job and takes the time of detailing every aspect of my needs before and after the sale. After the sale, they are second to no one in service with the same great attention to you and your vehicle. I will continue to do business with them.

Everyone was attentive and the service was quick and efficient. I commend Toyota for making the waiting area a comfortable and productive space (Wi-Fi, Outlets, coffee, magazines)

Very easy, friendly scheduling experience, even though I had to make later time chgange. Service rep (Noah) was attentive and knowledgable, kept me apprised of the progress of my vehicle throughout my stay, and offered options that made it even easier on my wallet. Randall saw something I didn't even know had happened and solved the problem in the blink of an eye. Service personnel did a clean, thorough, and efficient job. Taken together, everyone met my needs in a way that showed why it's better to go to the dealer (Toyota of Keene) for service and repairs.
