Great experience with the sales team! I never felt like they were pushing me into anything I didn’t want, and I was treated respectfully the whole time. They still did their jobs: telling us about add-ons; offering other services; and gave all the details of the current features. But I never felt like I was being forced to accept anything, and I appreciate that.

Service and a smile, Toyota of Keene is the best Toyota service facility in NH, VT, MA hands down. Great communication and experts in servicing our two Toyotas. Bonus is a complimentary dealer-quality car wash from the detailing shop making it easy and free for me to roll out looking fresh. I gladly drive 45 minutes each way for this caliber of customer-first attention for our vehicles. Waiting areas are lounges, stocked with free coffee, comfy and stylish seating, and free WiFi. Timely texts and or phone calls about scheduled Maintanance or recalls keeps our vehicles healthy on the road.

This was my first service on my 2025 Tacoma and I am very impressed. When I arrived I was met by a nice young man who told me that next time I can pull right into the bay area. At the service desk I dealt with Mark Guyette who is an absolute joy. He is polite, has a great sense of humor and more importantly respects the fact that I’m an older woman who drives a truck. I have had experiences in the past where I was treated bad and talked down to.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, relaxed atmosphere with no high pressure sales tactics. I feel like I received a fair deal, which is what I care about most. I've got two teenagers that will eventually need cars, and I will definitely be coming back here to shop for them.

Every time I go to Toyota of Keene, their service team always makes me feel like a priority! I needed an inspection for the end of the month and Alton Young was able to move things around to get me in as soon as possible to meet my deadline. With so much more needed to be done during the day, it is nice to know that they can stay consistent, making it much easier to plan my schedule.

He was so quick to not only come in on his day off (which lets be honest is never fun) but he did it and never acted frustrated or upset only showed concern and care to the situation and was so quick to help me come up with a resolution and get me back on the road. His main concern was always me and my family's safety. Words can't express how grateful I am that in a tough situation they made it as painless as possible!

4/5 only due to my start at the dealership. I started off with Sean Parent and would not recommend him to anyone. He was very dismissive and did not care about my concerns. I left, did not plan on returning. I then spoke with customer service, Katie. She had apologized and got me in touch with Jeff. Jeff was absolutely amazing! He put me with Meaghan. Meaghan was an absolute angel. She answered any questions I had and then made sure I had my car in a timely manner. The managers (Jeff and Nick) are absolutely amazing and very extremely accommodating! They put me with a sales rep that accommodated everything I needed. I would recommend Toyota IF you go and deal with Meaghan! Not to speak on any other sales reps either, tell the managers if you have issues and they accommodate everyone! Finance manager Bronco, absolutely amazing! He got us in and out and we were very happy with our experience after going back! I ended up getting my 2016 Camry and could not be happier!
