Bought many new Toyota vehicles from Keene Toyota and been treated very fair and the service department has been great

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Toyota of Keene after a total loss event. Throughout the negotiation process, the sales and finance team were respectful and transparent unlike the dealership I had contacted in Littleton, Massachusetts. None of the usual and rather dated high pressure sales tactics were used (i.e.; "I need to make a profit here" or "we can't hold this if you leave now"). Instead, I contacted the dealership through the website chat feature, set up a time to view and discuss the vehicle, left the dealership with an understanding that my max budget and the dealership's sale price were not compatible, recieved a follow-up e-mail with a willingness to work within my budget, negotiated the fine point details (extended warranty, GAP, sale price, interest rate) via e-mail from my sofa, and set-up a convenient time to sign the paperwork and pick-up the vehicle. When I picked-up the car, the finance manager made no attempt to up-sell me anything that I didn't explicitly ask about and was respectful when I declined. When there was a slight delay in the registration paperwork, the dealership was forthright and clear with what had happened and worked hard to finish the process. Buying a new car is always stressful, but Keene Toyota worked hard to make it less so and earned my business as a result.

I just came in for a routine oil change. The day before my appointment I noticed that my front passenger side plastic wheel well area was coming loose. I asked on the day of the oil change if I needed to schedule an appointment for the repair. Looked like some fasteners were not holding the piece in place as it should. The mechanic was going to take a look. When the oil change was done, it had all been taken care of. No extra charge. I'm sure some small fasteners were replaced, but the awesome attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to take care of a small problem without more shop-time was beyond my expectations. A great team, a great provider of automotive service. A+. Thanks you.

Picked up a nail in one of our brand new tires Keene Toyota has installed just a few weeks ago. I called to get it fixed, and they went beyond the call of duty to squeeze us in and fix the tire! All was done within an hour and a half and back on the road again!

He got us the finance rate that we wanted and was excellent at explaining not only the financing but the purchase agreement , warranty and registering of our vehicle.
