Price Gouging. Took substantially longer than what was quoted. No updates throughout. Didn't even have me in their system after 4 years of only taking it to them. I'm no longer using this dealership.

Wow!!!! I visited Keene Toyota today and left with an awesome lease/ purchase on a Tacoma!!! Since living in New Hampshire I have always worked with the Nashua dealership- all I can say is that I wish I had found the Keene dealership 10 years ago. Everyone involved with the process was incredible and I didn’t have to spend all day there to make it happen - only a couple of hours!! A big shout out to Zachery - my salesman who did not treat me like he was a salesman! A very kind, honest, and patient young man - and only in his first week at the dealership!!! Jeff made the numbers work, Chris made the extras I wanted work, and Amanda made the final process work!! Thank you again Toyota of Keene and I will be sure to send everyone your way!!!

I was not looking forward to trading my almost 20-year old Highlander, since I had loved that car for a very long time. Still, it was time so my husband and I went to the dealership and were immediately greeted by Meaghan Herk. From that time on the process was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Meaghan completely understood my position and worked diligently to find me something that I would love just as much. I happily drove away with a new-to-me 2018 Highlander and hope to drive it for a very long time! If you are in the market for another vehicle (new or used), I would highly recommend talking with Meaghan. No pressure from her, just the best customer service. My wife and I were in the market for a new 4Runner. After dealing with a few dealerships in Western Ma where we live, with disappointing results, we decided to expand our search and we ended up landing at Toyota of Keene. Right away we were greeted by Nathan in the parking lot and he wasted no time getting us in and getting to work on what we wanted. With the shortage on vehicles due to the pandemic, we knew our options would be rather limited. They had a brand new 4Runner with most of the options we wanted on the way and would be in within the month, however “most of the options” was not the exact vehicle we wanted, but Nathan said “not a problem, we can add the additional options you want.” So with that said, we came to an agreement on the purchase, and we got what we wanted for our trade. Nathan also kept us informed from the time we left the dealership about the status of the arrival of the new 4Runner up until the day it arrived. Once it arrived, Nathan made sure to not only keep us updated on what was going on with having it ready for us, but also pushed to have it ready in the time frame that he promised us. My family and I live an hour and a half away from the dealership, and due to conflicting schedules, Nathan had offered to deliver our new 4Runner to our house, and take the trade in vehicle back with him. The entire process took just shy of a month, but it was well worth the wait to get exactly what we wanted. On behalf of my family, I want to thank Nathan, and everyone at Toyota of Keene, including Amanda, in the business department, Jeff and Bob in the sales management department, for delivering on exactly what we wanted. 05/01/2025 Few years later… after having the 4Runner for almost 4 years now, we still love it, its treated us well and have 0 complaints about it. I made the hour and a half trip to Toyota of Keene today because my Chevy Silverado has a major recall on it which is not going to be able to be fixed anytime in the near future. To avoid this headache I went back to work a deal on trading it in for a new Tundra. I was greeted by sales manager Nick, who then turned me over to Meaghan Herk who was extremely friendly and great to work with. After negotiating a deal I was then turned over to Amanda, who we worked with previously with our 4Runner, who made the entire purchase process painless and quick. I left with a brand new Toyota Tundra which I can’t be happier with. I tell you its definitely worth the hour and a half drive to deal with these folks. Theres plenty of Toyota dealerships in the area where I live, but would much rather give Toyota of Keene the business because of the way they do business, simply put, they are the best. Fenton dealerships should be proud of the reputation and their employees they have working for them. Meaghan, Nick, and Amanda really went above and beyond to make a terrible situation much better. We will definitely be returning for future purchases and I will be sending any of my family members and friends their way so they have the same experience. I just came in for a routine oil change. The day before my appointment I noticed that my front passenger side plastic wheel well area was coming loose. I asked on the day of the oil change if I needed to schedule an appointment for the repair. Looked like some fasteners were not holding the piece in place as it should. The mechanic was going to take a look. When the oil change was done, it had all been taken care of. No extra charge. I'm sure some small fasteners were replaced, but the awesome attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to take care of a small problem without more shop-time was beyond my expectations. A great team, a great provider of automotive service. A+. Thanks you.

I purchased my 4runner from Toyota of Keene in 2016 and have never had a bad experience throughout my ownership. The staff has always been polite, patient, and helpful. I remember when my vehicle needed a special tire re-balancing to correct a job done by another garage, the technician took me back into the service area to show me the equipment and explain why it was necessary. I appreciated the extra effort.

Keep doing what you’re doing! I travel 30+ miles to do business with Toyota of Keene even though I have another dealership that is only 5 miles away. I do this because, for over more 10 years I have never had a bad experience at this dealership. Even bad news is delivered professionally and politely. ToK is a great place!! Look up Jamie Rios in the sales department - he is fantastic!

You guys are great! Good service, good price on LOF and Tire rotation. However, My girlfriend brought the car over and Elvis sold her an Air filter replacement for 75.00. 35.00 for the filter AND 40.00 Labor!!!!!!! It literally takes less than 1 minute to change that filter. 30 seconds to be honest. I would think the 25.00 profit on the filter itself would have been sufficient! (and I would've been fine with that) Wish she had called me before she ok'd it as I had a new one on the shelf in my garage, My bad for not changing it before she went over for service. Your bad for severely overcharging people for filter changes.
