I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Rav 4 from another Keene dealership, but it failed Mass inspection. Brought it back and picked it up a couple times but the issues weren't fixed and was repeatedly told there was nothing wrong with my car. Brought the car to Toyota of Keene and explained everything to the Service Manager Jason. His customer service, knowledge and professionalism were outstanding in assuring me that him and his team would figure it out and make it right, and they did! Picked the car up the next day, ran like it was brand new and it passed inspection. Thank you to Jason and the team at Toyota of Keene!

This service department is phenomenal! I recently spent several hours there as they painstakingly searched for and repaired the damage wrought by a bunch of mice. The service advisor, Josh, was incredibly kind; he regularly came by with progress updates and really went over the top to make sure I was well taken care of. Thank you Josh! And as I waited, I overheard many conversations between service advisors and customers, and between the employees themselves. I was struck by how friendly, helpful, creative, and genuine everyone was - a truly great team! I also want to give a shout-out to their mouse exclusion system which they installed after fixing all the damage. If you don't think mice can do a lot of damage, trust me, they can. Thousands of dollars worth of damage. I haven't seen a single mouse track around my car in the freshly fallen snow since the exclusion system was installed. I wish I had done this years ago!

Courteous and knowledgeable, Alton, one of the service advisors, helped me through the process of getting my car fixed in a timely manner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why. Also showed me pictures identifying the problem. Typically, I'm weary of service departments, but I felt at ease, and the problem was fixed.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with Joshua and many other incredible people while getting our trucks serviced—too many great humans to list! Since this was the first time someone specifically asked for a review, I couldn’t resist. Have purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime and never have I ever had such a smooth, relaxed, unpressured, transaction as the one here at Toyota of Keene. It all began with phone and text conversations with the internet sales representative and was followed up the next day after driving 2.5-3 hrs and meeting my salesman Sean P. Everyone was down to earth, polite, and there was no "cheesey car sales" feel in the entire place. They let me dissect the used Atlas we were purchasing and gave a fair trade in value for our Pilot. There was no hidden fees and no pressure to add in extra packages and the few follow up questions dealing with out of state registration have been replied to quickly and with the answers needed. I would definetly make the drive again and suggest them as a place to shop even living out of state.
