I remember when my vehicle needed a special tire re-balancing to correct a job done by another garage, the technician took me back into the service area to show me the equipment and explain why it was necessary. 12 out of 10 - Absolutely the best car buying experience we've ever had. Zack treated us like friends, worked with us at every single point of the process, jumped through hoops and then some! We ended up with the car we wanted at a very reasonable price, with a very sound warranty. My wife and I couldn't be happier. I will be referring anyone I know in the new or used car market to them going forward. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with every single person in the building.

Narrowed the problem down to defective anti-freeze reservoir cap. After losing 1/2 gallon of fluid. Pressure test showed no leaks.
