Jamie was extremely responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, patiently walked me through the many features of the vehicle, and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Jamie and Nick helped me get a great deal on my vehicle so I was able to get my dream car for my budget. Nick was also extremely helpful with the buying process and explaining accessories and other options. I ordered a few accessories for the car that were ordered and installed in 24 hours so I was able to pick up my vehicle ASAP. The whole team at Toyota of Keene were helpful, welcoming, professional, and honest. Never did I feel pressured to spend more than my budget or purchase anything I didn’t need, just genuine caring about the customer needs. I would absolutely purchase from them again and have already recommended them to my family and friends. On a more personal note, as a female buying a vehicle, I have experienced a lot of really unfortunate sales tactics at other dealerships. Not once did I experience that here. I was treated with respect from my very first interaction and felt completely comfortable and supported throughout the process. This is truly exceptional customer service. Great people, great cars, great pricing.

I walked into Fenton Toyota with a hope they might have a RAV4 to test drive. They are in very high demand and hard to find. I walked out a few hours later knowing my RAV4 was on the way. This was because I was lucky enough to have met Meaghan. As we sat in the one RAV4, they happened to have available she asked me all the right questions, she did not just try to sell me that particular car. As we sat there, I felt like I was talking to a friend and not a sales person. After she got my wish list put together she searched the Internet for what might be on the way to the dealership and found my car. I put down my deposit and waited for it to arrive. She kept me in the loop the whole time as to how soon it might be there. It got there much faster than expected and within a week I went to pick it up. Meaghan took the time to go over all the features of the RAV4 and help me set up my phone and all the settings. All paperwork had been set in motion on my prior visit so I literally just had to sign on the dotted line and drive away. I had never had a car purchase be so smooth and hasslefree. Meaghan has continued to check in and make sure I’m happy and answer any questions I might have about my RAV4. I can’t say enough good things about this whole experience. I would give Meaghan10 stars if I could. I absolutely love my beautiful RAV4.
