Sean and Bronko were great! The only problem I had is that the screws holding on the license plate require a hex tool that I don’t have. I went to Aubuchon hardware and they were able to help me replace them with regular screws so I’m all set.

The times I have had to bring my car in for service to Keene Toyota they have been very accommodating and very pleasant to work with. I am confident in their service, and will use them again.

I had a less than 5 star experience at Toyota of Keene. The service department is first rate.

My experience with this Toyota service department was absolutely worth the drive, especially compared to the Toyota shop closer to my home. From the very first phone call to scheduling the appointment, to arriving the morning of service and checking in at the front desk, everything was handled with professionalism and organization. When I gave them my name, they immediately had my file and reviewed all of the notes with me to make sure everything was accurate before taking my car in. They kept me updated throughout the day, and when I picked up my car, everything was completely fixed and running perfectly. I truly appreciate how organized, attentive, and efficient the entire service team is. This will definitely be my new go-to shop, and it will also be the first place I consider when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle. There is something to be said about good service and integrity!

I recently totaled my car which is something that no one ever wants to deal with. Between dealing with insurance and all of the things that come along with it the last thing that we wanted to do was go car shopping. Thankfully for us we chose to come to Toyota of a Keene who took care of us from the first inquiry I made. Katie, Meaghan and Amanda were all wonderful! I never felt rushed or pressured into anything and they explained everything as we went. It was my first experience buying a car where I felt comfortable and not tricked into anything extra fees. I couldn’t recommend them enough and I am so happy with my purchase with them!

I had a very good experience buying a Camry from Toyota of Keene. I inquired online and Erin was very responsive. After reaching an agreement, I started working with Meaghan who was also very responsive and straightforward. Most of the process was done over the phone, and when visiting the dealership to finally pick-up the vehicle, there were no surprises. Meaghan was knowledgeable and great to work with. All-around my experience was excellent.
